Shipping Info
Orders received before 5:00 p.m. CST are printed and shipped within approximately 24-48 hours (excluding Weekends & Holidays) on in stock items. If the item is not currently in stock, 3-7 business days will be added to the processing time. If an electronic proof is requested, printing and shipping will only occur AFTER an approval of the proof by the customer.

Orders are shipped standard FEDEX HOME DELIVERY. Your Shipping charges will be calculated at check out. Orders usually take 3-4 business days. You may upgrade your order to 3 Day Express, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight.
Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories
We ship to these locations via United States Postal Service for a flat rate of $5.95. (This is per order and to one shipping address.)
International Shipping
We ship international via USPS Priority Mail International. PayPal is the preferred payment method for international orders. International customers are responsible for customs and duties charges when order arrives into their country. Please allow approximately three weeks for delivery.
Customer Responsibility
We ship to the address provided by the customer, so please proofread your address. If the shipping address is incorrect, you will not receive your shipment. Customers are responsible for retrieving any packages shipped to an incorrectly provided address. Incorrect addresses provided by the customer that result in charges to Invitations by You will be subject to additional shipping charges passed on to the customer.
If a package is cancelled or refused after it has already shipped, the customer is responsible for all printing and shipping costs. If you need to cancel an order, please call us at 1-800-994-4682 as soon as possible to prevent our printing the order.
Delivery
FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes or offer standard delivery on weekends. After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged shipment, please call Invitations by You at 1-800-994-4682 within 5 days after delivery so we can place a claim with the shipping company. We will assist customers by replacing damaged item(s).
